CREATOR CAMPAIGNS + ACTIVATIONS
The right creator campaign starts with the job.
Are we trying to build awareness? Get people through the door? Support a launch? Create content the brand can keep using? Generate local conversation? Put the right people in the room?
Those goals should not automatically get the same creators, deliverables, timing or campaign structure.
TAS starts with what the business actually needs to accomplish. Then we build the creator strategy around it.
START A CONVERSATION
A CREATOR LIST IS A COLLECTION OF NAMES.
A CREATOR MIX HAS A REASON BEHIND EVERY NAME.
The creator with the biggest following is not automatically the best creator for the job.
Sometimes we need reach.
Sometimes we need somebody whose audience is concentrated in the exact market the business is trying to influence.
Sometimes we need a creator who can make excellent content the brand can keep using.
Sometimes credibility within a specific community matters more than raw audience size.
And sometimes a strong campaign intentionally combines all of those.
REACH
A larger, relevant audience can create significant visibility quickly.
LOCAL RELEVANCE
For a local business, 10,000 highly relevant nearby followers may be more useful than 100,000 people spread across the country.
CONTENT ABILITY
When the assignment is UGC or content production, storytelling, camera presence and production quality may matter more than follower count.
COMMUNITY CREDIBILITY
The right niche or community voice can bring trust with the exact audience the business wants to reach.
Context changes the weighting.
That is why TAS builds the creator mix around the campaign instead of using the same list for every client.
A lot happens before somebody posts.
STRATEGY
We establish the objective, audience, market, timing, offer, budget and what needs to happen after the attention comes in.
CREATOR SELECTION
We build the mix around the assignment, not just who is available or who has the highest follower count.
OUTREACH + COORDINATION
Depending on scope, TAS can manage outreach, communication, confirmations, scheduling, campaign information and follow-ups. So your team is not trying to run the business while keeping track of 15 different conversations in Instagram DMs.
EXECUTION
If creators are visiting, attending an event or participating in an activation, we help think through the experience too. What needs to be ready? What are they experiencing? What should be captured? Does the team know who is coming? Because sending attention toward an experience the business is not ready to deliver is not a win.
FOLLOW-THROUGH
After the campaign, we look at what was created, what people responded to, what assets are useful, what can be amplified when rights allow and what should change next time.
The creator is the visible part. TAS handles the strategy and moving pieces behind the visibility.
GRAND OPENINGS + LAUNCH MOMENTS
A launch has a window. The strategy may need awareness before opening day, creator activity during the launch period, content afterward, or all three.
LOCAL TRAFFIC
Sometimes the goal is not to “go viral.” The business needs the right people nearby to know it exists and have a reason to come in.
CREATOR DINNERS + HOSTED EXPERIENCES
A creator dinner can be an effective campaign. It can also become an expensive table full of people eating for free with no clear reason they were invited. The dinner is not the strategy. The structure around it is.
UGC + CONTENT ASSETS
Sometimes we are not primarily paying for access to the creator’s audience. We need content. In that case, the creator becomes part of the production strategy.
EVENTS + ACTIVATIONS
Creators may support pre-event awareness, ticket visibility, event-night content, social proof, interviews, recap content or future promotion. But they may only be one part of a much larger experience.
RECURRING CREATOR PROGRAMS
Some businesses need consistent third-party visibility instead of one big moment. Recurring programs allow the strategy to improve over time based on what creators, audiences and content actually perform well.
A creator campaign might live entirely through creator content, audience reach and the action we want people to take afterward. A larger activation might also involve guests, talent, sponsors, partners, ticketing, content capture, press, customer experience and on-site execution. Creators can support that bigger moment without becoming the entire moment. That distinction affects the scope, budget, timeline, people involved and how the campaign should be evaluated.
We do not force an event when the business does not need one. And we do not add creators just so an activation looks “influencer-heavy.” If somebody is part of the campaign, there should be a reason.
Views can matter. Reach can matter. Creator content can matter. So can profile activity, local intent, ticket movement, content assets, audience response and what the business learns for the next campaign. What matters most depends on what the campaign was actually designed to accomplish.
And TAS is not going to turn “the Reel got views” into a fake revenue claim.
We look at the information we actually have, what it reasonably tells us, and what the business should do with that information next.
DO I NEED AN EVENT TO WORK WITH TAS ON A CREATOR CAMPAIGN?
No. A campaign can include individual creator visits, paid partnerships, UGC, launch support, recurring creator activity or a larger activation. The business objective determines the structure.
CAN TAS WORK WITH CREATORS WE ALREADY KNOW?
Yes. An existing creator relationship or list can be part of the strategy. We still look at whether those creators make sense for the specific campaign and what role they should play.
DOES EVERY CREATOR HAVE TO BE PAID?
Not necessarily. Campaigns may include paid partnerships, hosted experiences, gifted opportunities, UGC arrangements or other structures depending on the assignment, expectations and creator. The structure should be clear before outreach begins.
IS ASHLEE INCLUDED AS A CREATOR WHEN WE HIRE TAS?
No. Hiring TAS to manage a creator campaign is separate from booking Ashlee Sarai as creator talent. If Ashlee makes strategic sense for a campaign, that relationship is scoped separately.
You do not need to come to us with the creator list already figured out. Tell us what you are trying to accomplish. We will start with the business objective and determine what the creator strategy should actually look like from there.
